  • Work within client implementation teams as a subject matter expert and business analyst to define business requirements and workflows, support testing and solution refinement, document processes and procedures etc.
  • Work within client implementation teams as a project manager to lead the delivery of systems and/or transition to a new service provider. Provide project oversight, governance, stakeholder / vendor management and reporting to monitor delivery to business objectives.
  • Work within client delivery teams as solution architect, developer or data integration specialist to implement solutions or service providers into the clients ecosystem

Responsibilities may include the following for Directors;

  • Act as an expert in multiple systems and functional areas.
  • Interface with and may maintain ongoing relationships with client team leads.
  • Successfully complete projects by meeting client goals, timelines, and budget requirements.
  • Perform vendor selection and searches for systems and services where appropriate.
  • Assist with implementing data governance for data domains; design business nomenclature, taxonomy, and business glossaries.
  • Able to lead small projects.

  • Gather, analyze, and document the current state organizational structure, business processes, data, and technology architectures using a variety of methods (documentation, interviews, surveys, workshops) to identify their issues and challenges.
  • Participate in workshops to design new business processes, change organizational models, gather data requirements, and define technology architecture to improve business functions.
  • Help create a roadmap for the implementation of a future state; develop change management approaches and plans as appropriate.
