Dave is a vastly experienced program and implementation manager with 25-plus years of experience delivering solutions for investment management and financial institutions. He brings significant expertise on strategy, search and selection, and delivery across front-office, risk, outsourcing, and data management functions. He is adept at defining and delivering business and technical strategies for front-, middle-, and back-office functions, including extensive experience in developing program plans and building program teams, to deliver solutions covering all investment processes, asset classes, and delivery of robust operating models.

Before joining Cutter, Dave served as a director at Reformis, a Deloitte company, working on outsourcing initiatives for key investment management clients and outsourcing providers. He also worked with key wealth management clients to define strategic direction for next-generation investment platforms and delivered key data management strategies for a number of clients. Dave is DCAM accredited.

Gina McCafferty has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. She served at Cutter from 1999 to 2011 as Principal and Managing Director of CutterResearch, and she was instrumental in growing that business. Gina returned to Cutter in 2017, and established and ran the company’s Wealth Management research division. In 2019, she was appointed to Head of Research, responsible for Asset Management and Wealth Management product development and delivery to over 200 member firms around the globe. Gina was previously at Investit Ltd., where she served for six years as head of the company’s research service. Prior to that, she held senior positions at DST International with product responsibility for their global accounting and performance measurement systems, and at SunGard as Vice President of Client Services for their securities trading products.

Stuart is a Principal Consultant in Cybersecurity with over 15 years of hands-on experience across multiple sectors. Specialising in infrastructure testing and social engineering, Stuart has played a pivotal role in helping organisations fortify their defences against both technical and human-based attacks.

As a former CHECK Team member, Stuart brings a deep understanding of the latest cybersecurity threats and solutions, with a strong track record in delivering high-impact security assessments and recommendations.

As a Business Development Manager at Planit Testing, Ryan helps clients maximise the value of Quality Engineering and Automation, from strategy to execution. With a proven track record, he enables compliance, reduces development costs, and accelerates time to market.

Collaborating with a team of experts, offering end-to-end services in QA, automation, AI, and training. Planit also partners with platforms like Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and SAP to ensure clients achieve the best outcomes from their engineering investments.

Adrian Whelan is a Managing Director and Global Head of Market Intelligence for Investor Services. He is passionate about helping clients and prospects with identifying, interpreting, and taking opportunity from dynamic markets changes that impact the asset management and banking industry. In particular, he is focused on horizon scanning the regulatory and distribution landscape for trends which will impact BBH’s clients and prospects.

Through active global industry advocacy groups, Adrian continuously advocates for our clients’ interests. Adrian is also a prolific thought leadership content creator via BBH’s “On the Regs” blog, Insights Exchange client events and trade publications. He also regularly shares insights on global industry topics in the trade press and is a frequent conference speaker. Adrian is a member of BBH’s Global Executive Sustainability Council and a vocal advocate of diversity and inclusion in financial services and a member of several inclusion projects both within and outside BBH. Adrian holds a degree in business studies from Dublin City University.
