Rockland, Mass. – August 3, 2022 – Cutter Associates, a leading global provider of operations, technology, and client experience research and consulting to the investment management industry, announces that David Joyce has joined as its Client Experience (CX) Director to better serve the needs of the firm’s growing global base of research members and consulting clients.
David has over 25 years of financial services experience, leading teams that devise and implement agile solutions, mitigate risk, increase sales, and build a culture of operational excellence. He most recently served as an independent consultant, including advising Cutter consulting clients, providing guidance on derivatives, portfolio integration, customer success, project management, regulatory and control environments, and software development and implementation.

Prior to working as a consultant, David spent much of his career at American International Group (AIG) in a variety of senior roles, culminating with Vice President of Global Investment Operations, Risk and Transformation.
